    Create a video blog…instantly.

yeah, that is definetley the best and fastest way to do it. However many people don’t take the short time to learn that skill, especially if you mainly play online (as many from europe do). There can also be a problem with stacking that way if the tiles are to big, but they seem to be the regular size in this video. Plastic tiles can also be a bit slippery so an inexperienced player might refrain from it on a big event. Another way of stacking is to make 4 or more rows. But you’re right AnzB0 🙂

The player’s turns change counter-clockwise, but the tiles are pulled off clockwise.

In the Philippines, we do the same…we throw them anywhere…not nice and tidy! I think it’s more interesting and challenging if it’s random because you have to recap and remember who threw what away…

According to the Chinese Official Rules that apply for this tournament the tiles have to be placed in rows of 6 in front of each player. Thus it’s easier to make a guess at a player’s tactics.

In taiwan, we just throw the tiles out seriously…we don’t place them nicely

Well, it depends on what’s at stakes! 🙂
